Hi, I'm Paul.
I'm a Sydney-based wedding photographer, shooting on both film and digital. For the past decade I've photographed weddings across Australia and Europe.
The couples I work with want to live every minute of their day and trust someone else to keep it. They're planning something that is considered & feels like them.
Most wedding photography follows the same script: the same poses, the same shot list, the same sunset photos.
It's beautiful, but it could be anyone's wedding.
I work differently. I'm a story listener, not just a storyteller.
Rather than directing your day, I watch it closely & notice the small moments that actually matter. I step in to guide only when it helps, with families, light and timing, and never at the cost of the moment.
What you're left with is a day you actually got to live, not one spent posing, and a collection of photographs that couldn't belong to any other couple. Images you'll recognise yourselves in ten, twenty, fifty years from now.
